help, please
I am 6'0 and weigh 260 24% BF.
I lift 5 days a week.. But i am now at school and its hard to stay in good eating habits.
So i started to take Xenadrine and run every day. Plus higher reps, at least 8 hours of sleep at night. Also i am eating about 150-200g of protein and about 80g of carbs. With about 20gs of fat.
What should i do for more improvment in my deit, and in my way of living.
Also i want to know if people think that i will lose most of my muscle after a good 12week bulk..
Please help me out with any sugestions and/or changes..
