I need my six-pack back

I used to have a good six pack but the last two months I kinda let myself go a bit. I can still see the outline of the abs tho. I just wanna know what's the best way to loose the fat and how to improve my six pack. By the way I'm 16.

Clean up the diet & some cardio wouldn't hurt :)
 
Thanks lads. I can do all the workouts but the thing I find the hardest is the diet. I hate the taste of all veg and fruit but I try my best to eat as much as possible so it's kinda hard :/
 
for abs its all about diet and cardo. although start doing weighted situps and hyperextensions and you can make the muscles get bigger. but essentially everyone has abs. just most ppl have lots of fat covering them. i despise vegetables too. i force some down and i also buy a phytogreen powder to mix with water. has like 4 servings of veg per scoop or something

Hows the taste of phytogreen? I cannot stand vegetables either
 
well, the original taste like ass. the blueberry flavoured shit taste a little less assy. its tolerable. ill throw it in with a shake. i only eat that frozen bag of mixxed veg. like carrot, peas, green beans and cauliflower i think is in it. and 2 or 3 of those a day is really lame. sometimes i have berries with breakfast and ill throw the phytogreen into a shake just to mask the flavour. i dont really seem to be able to taste it that way
 
Take a proper protein food and put extra stress in regular exercises.. also maintain a healthy diet. From last 3 months am trying to get six pack abs, spending more time in gym... from last 15 days i have found some curves on my body. :)
 
get rid of all junk foods, soda, and do cardio, at your age it's so much easier to take advantage of that.

Actually about the cardio part. Studies have shown that lifting heavy weights gives you about the same intensity as running on a treadmill at a 6 minute mile pace for the same amount of time.
