Quick background and stats.
I am 6'2" and 275 lbs
I have lost 45 lbs in the last 4 months which has been awesome. I am becoming more of an endurance athlete. I do a lot of mountain biking and road biking, and I just enjoy this way more than bodybuilding. I guess you can say I found my nitch. So here is where I need help. I just did a weight loss competition over 8 weeks and I won it loosing 37 lbs. So I have the diet down. But now they are changing the way I weigh in each week. I use to weigh in each Friday morning, which is when I am at the lightest. Now we weigh in on Thursday evening at 6 pm. How should my diet look that day, so I don't gain water weight. On any given day I can gain or loose 2-3 lbs. But I need to loose weight each week. Any advice would help. I also don't eat dairy of any kind, but I will drink whey protein.
