moya New member EF VIP Jul 2, 2012 #2 you could do 5x5 and rotate days so you get an extra day a week... or do push, pull, legs, and repeat, rotating as well... im kind of doing this right now: mon deadlift tue bench thrus squat fri row and of course a little accessory work...
