Because of my financial probs I haven't been able to go to the next level. What would be you're best advise for supps and vit's for bulking until I get the money to get where most of you are? Whatever you say about finances doesn't matter because my girlfined and I live paycheck to paycheck so any input would be grateful.
 
food, food, and more food. protein in particular. 1.5-2 g per pound of bodyweight. Other than that creatine is probably your best bet.
 
dont worry about supps, most of em dont do shit anyway. the only supps i use when not on a cycle are creatine, multi-vitaman, and zma stack. food is the most important thing, save your money for that.
 
yea that's what I ve started to do is eat. From what I'm calculating I will get around 4,000 calories a day but what about supplementation? I've been reading the manual that gearmonster released and I'm not taking nowhere near that amount of supps. What would you recommend for a natural. ie: glutamine creatine ect.

This is going to be a testament to the bros that think juice is the only way. I'm not trying to bash anyone but just Let my voice be heard. I will post my results four weeks later
