Bottom line, BG, is that we ALL want you to be successful. Our bodies are smarter than we think they are. Nature has it's own way of trying to keep us in "survival" mode.
We need to take the time to learn our bodies individually to see how it reacts to things. EVERY body - will react and go into starvation storing if you underestimate it with a caloric intake that is too low. It may work short term and you may lose "weight", but it will not be permanant. It will come back and it could surpass where you started.
I've attached our basic grocery list for your future reference. Keep it and use it when you need it. It is not an "all inclusive" list, but there is PLENTY there and extremely helpful for newbies!
