ya know it was stated on here a while back that a 300lb guy with 15%BF would look like a fat ass whale , This tells me that they have never realy seen a 300lb 15% man.

I also see on here that alot of guys say that they are like 5% AND 8% in the "off season" winter

I measured my BF with one of those shitty electric deals , it said I was at 16% , but I can see abs(top 4 real good) and got plenty of definition , yea I got some fat but I ain't been called a fat ass in a while.

and "flyboy" it sound to me like your a guy that is not dedacated enough to eat right and work hard to gain muscle so you dog everybody that is bigger than you.

HA HA.... well, you weren't very eloquent, but I agree. I see big 275 pound fat asses struggling to squat 400 pounds and my 220 pound ass, does it 10 times.

The best thing I ever did was stopped looking at the number on the scale and start looking at photos of myself that I take every two weeks. That tells me more than 10 pounds of water weight that I think may be muscle.
 
nice bro, nice, 250 eh?? thats some fukkin weight. I myself, recently broke the big 200. Yes I have more fat then I did but hey, I am stronger than I have ever been. Ya know what, this is how I see it: Bulk in the winter, cut in the spring.

Congrats on 250--i want to be 250 by next football season I am now 230 at 5'10" and dont listen to little cocksuckers like supafly---he is probably 150 lbs soaking wet.
 
I cracked 250 too... in the 7th grade. I was fat, but I was damn big. Way to go, and I guess we'll be seeing you in the 300 lb club in a couple years huh? I had a little celebration when I got to 300, maybe you should have one for 250 and 275. I did....my 13th and 15th birthday that is.:D
