hows this for a cutting diet

well being in the military helps a liitle cause i got to wake up and run everyday before i eat.

8:00am protien shake,6 egg whites, oatmeal
10:00am protein shake, fruit
11:30-12:30 gym
1:00 4 chicken tenderloins salad with fatfree dressing
3:00 protien shake, fruit
5:30 either turkey breast, 1/2 cup rice or chicken breast/salad
7:30 protien shake
9:30 some cottage cheese and some much needed rest

any input is appreciated
 
Well, I can't really comment because I don't know your stats.

All I can tell you is that your 1 pm meal is off. Post-workout have yourself a protein drink with lots of carbs.
