What I've learned about stretch marks.
1. Cocoa butter or stretch mark cream works great. I had already had some pretty bad ones, but if you don't have any keep your skin moisturized and you shouldn't have to worry about it.
2. If you already have them, if you want them to fade faster you have to use an exfoliator on them, and then the lotion. I've been doing this the past month after talking to some "bodybuilding" friends and it actually has faded my scars a lot. I can barely see the one on my right armpit and left one is also fading fast.
So make sure you exfoliate (get rid of dead skin) and use lotion. I've actually been using this body sugar scrub that my wife uses because it really scratches the skin off like sandpaper, much better than other scrubs I've tried. It really has worked for me. Wish I would've taken pics of before and after but of course didn't think about it.
