One of the things that you want to do is always tell her when something DOES feel good. Like when she's going a little faster, tell her "that feels good when you do it like that", 'I love that", anytime she is doing somethign well. Another way is to say, "I like it when you (use your tongue, suck a little harder, cup your hands on my balls, etc). Even though she may or may not be doing them, it will let her know what you like, and she may think that at some point she did do that.

It sounds to me like she needs two things, a little practice, and confidence. It's up to you to give her both....
