It really depends on the person's goals to define protein intake as too high; for some it's just not what they are looking for, so there is such a thing as too much - as w/ anything in life.
yeah but im using it for something i dont need protein for....there are by products of the metabolism of protein my body/kidneys must get rid of.....it just disconcerts me
plus its cheaper not eating all that meat! i have slowly reduced my protein intake as my protein tub seems to have quadrupled the amount of protein in 1 scoop, i lost a little size but so good so far

lol, im still getting above 1g/lb bodyweight, its just when friends call your stomach a 'graveyard for animals' you do start to think
just to pick your brain, how much protein do you think is too much in one sitting (if there is too much) and how frequent should the meals be
ive seen an article where the researcher seemed to suggest it didnt ake the slightest bit of difference how much you ate in one sitting or the time between meals, but he didnt back it up with any evidence, whats better in your experience?

There is a bit of a difference in digestion times w/ proteins no matter the bioavailability. I usually suggest at least 2hrs between meals (yes mainstream) but also high fiber intake to decrease the undigested leftovers so to speak.
I don't think having animals in my stomach would bother me personally, but overall I see where you're coming from.
