Why so many guys are running away from the yolk?

I usually eat 3-4 yolks every day and I was wondering if I was safe as far as cholesterol goes..

How many egs--including yolk-- is on the safe side?
Please explain your POV....

Hell, I eat a shitload at times, and know people who diet on them too, as well as myself!

Calories don't mean shit if your TOTAL fitness program/diet is in order. You will have already allotted yourself the calories you can have, so that would be no issue at all. Many find eggs, yolks and all, to be one of the staples in a low/no carb diet. Not sure if you are on such a diet/approach, but this is my POV.

I eat em too. Fact of business, unless something bites me first, I'll usually try to eat it. That cholesterol thing is bunk. Your body produces cholesterol to make up for what you don't eat. The only thing you need to watch out for is hydrogenated and deep fried stuff. Fat is most likeky the reason people opt to not eat the yolk.

if colestoral in eggs mattered i would have dropped dead by now and im 18yrs old :) i eat lots of eggs, they are a great source of fats, i throw some egg beaters in there now and then for a more filling meal though,

if you're worried, just increase your intake of soluble fiber. It will bind to cholesterol secreted to aid in digestion and prevent it from being reabsorbed.

i eat as many whole eggs a day as i can...good source of quality fats and an excellent source for protein not to mention the vitamins and the feeling of fullness you receive..
