Best i've done so far is 500 for 3 reps with knee wraps, belt and wrist wraps. Shooting for 520 tonight, will keep you updated. Never used a suite though but i've been told i could probably be squatting in the 6's with a suite.
20 yo and squating 200kg for 10 reps and you dont believe me..... fuck it what do i care about what a bunch of cocks at there computers think just because you couldnt at 20 and probably still cant.

jus set a pb on deads to day 210k 6reps each one from the floor at 4 weeks out(shoulda got that on my phone lol)
i tell you what when im back on a cycle and feel strong ill start a thread in the anabolics form maybe sooner if i feel like it and show you maybe fewer reps but still same weight then when im back on ill show you 10 reps plus. i was going to record it ages ago n start a thread but felt like a cock recording my self in the gym as every one should.
