How many of you

workout at home? I tried it forever but couldn't stay motivated. I for some reason find the gym to be much more motivating. Probably because the enviorment. Also more equipment and better weights. Unless you are one of those lucky bastards that have enough money to set up a full gym in your garage or something.

Sometimes working out at home is better. Consider:

- No idiots pissing you off by: a) taking too long on the equipment b) trying to talk to you c)dressing stupid d)butchering correct technique on important exercises e) being alive.

- Listening to your own choice of music at the volume you prefer.

- Surrounding yourself with motivational tools specific to you and only you.

The only reason I belong to a gym is because of the variety of equipment available that would cost me a small fortune to bring into my home.

Can't afford to work out at home...otherwise I would do some at home. But I do like the ritual of the gym workout.

for some strange reason this reminds me of a radio commerical where you hear a dog whining and then a womens voice saying "honey, how many times do i have to tell you, stop bench pressing the dog"

hehe... i only have two kittens... they're only about 5lbs a piece, aint gonna cut it... i'll be in the gym thanks :)

I have the weights at home, but still prefer the gym. Where else can you get that kind of entertainment. Pay attention the next time your there you can see things that if you saw them in a movie you would say "nobody's that stupid". Well guess what people yeah they are.

I work out at home most of the time....and sometimes at a gym across from work.

I own a awesome bench, squat rack, cardio bike. Im lucky cause i have plenty of room, plenty of plates, carpet on the floor, people to spot me and a loud CD player.

I love to work out at home. I can tune out and focus on what im doing.
and not be embarrassed about how much i lift.

insert what genetic king said here------>

I workout at home when I cant get to the gym which is actually pretty often to be honest. I feel like I am working out at home completely. I have barbells, dumbbells, and a machine. The only thing that I dont have it cable station. I get better workouts at home than I have EVER had at any gym. I can BLAST whatever music I want and really go nuts. Works for me!

I've got some weights at home, and used to have cardio equipment where I used to live, but I always find it a lot easier to motivate myself if I'm at the gym.
