bout 40 40 as well. plus a coffee. i have read a lot of reports etc which advocate higher carbs immediately post workout, but imo, as long as you are having a shake or something straight after, then youve done what you need to. keep your eye on total nutrition imo.
I did some homework on this one and I mix in 70g of protein concentrate (not powder weight, but how many grams are actually in the powder) with 50g of dextrose. This is usually after a very long /hard lifting session or after a very long/intense track session.
Towards the end of my workout i begin drinkin an isopure or some other whey drink. I then wait 30-40min and will eat a baked potato and some chicken and a salad.
