I tested yesterday at noon and showed negative but then at 5:00pm I tested again and it showed trace, then when I got home and ate at around 7pm by 12:00am I was negative again. Maybe it's because I ate more protein then I should have.......
stick to the ratios that mr x. posted on his ckd manual & you shouldn't have any problems, remember, you need a lot of fat to get in ketosis especially on your 1st couple days after carb up!!!!!
