I dont really have a "diet" persay. I just try to eat healthy. So set meals or meal times. My only vice is chocolate everyone once in a while, and some drinking friday night. I install hardwood floors for a living, which is quite stressful due to deadlines, and everything having to be spot on perfect, so some drinks once a week is very relaxing.

Well i am finally starting to give eating right some effort, before i was just working out but what the fuck is the point of exercising if i keep eating greasy foods and have bad colesteral. For me its just like little steps in the right direction because i started working out all the time, then i started to workout right (llike i did more research on workout routiens.) Then i quit smoking so i think that by starting to do one thing that is healthy it continues to open the door for others.

I think I knew exactly how to eat for me about four years ago and I've been training seriously for about 13 years.

It probably took me almost two years to be able to isolate my back as much as possible during back movements. I just started training each bodypart twice a week a few years ago and it seems to be working very well.

Yea, i ahve been reading a text book on health and wellnes because i am trying to get the standard reccomendations for diet apposed to the strict high protien diets.

Its starting to come alittle easier now that i have been trying to eat right but my problem is that i am trying to eat perfectly and that comes with time.

43 yrs & counting.
Seriously, my diet sucks, so I'm always working on it.
My workouts change every 6 wks - 2 months, so it's always getting tweaked.
