How hard would it be to drop 5-8% bf in 5-6 weeks?

I'm planning to just drink a protein and no ccarbs shake twice a day and a Salad for lunch and dinner like a salad and sandwhich with no mayo just cheese etc.. and getting back to jogging going to do it between 2-3 times a week but i really need to do this or i'm in trouble can'tr say why but trust me i will be screwed so please help i'm 22% i must drop to 17 or cbelow please help
 
I've dropped at least that in that time before, but I ate more, didn't jog, and it also depends on how lean you are to start. I was about 20% I think.
 
It's gonna be tough, but doable!!! You need to eat protein from chicken, beef, fish...etc. Just drinking protein shakes ain't gonna aid in speeding your metabolism, you need your body to break down solid food, shakes are good for fillers in between solid meals!!!

Also to accomplish this you need to do a ton of cardio, much more then 2 or 3 times a week!!!
 
you can do it........ just expect muscle to go with the fat loss.

i started doing something similar, cut my carbs to 200-250 from 5-600, eating tons of protein about a lb of extra lean hamburger meat, 3 chicken breasts, 8 eggs and protein shakes, and a steak. anyway i've lost about 8lbs in a little less than 2 weeks so far. hoping to keep carbs at that level for another 2-4 weeks before dropping to 50. i don't do cardio (other than the tuesday night bear league baseball) and train 5 times per week, i carb up every 5 days and eat about 5-700 grams. lost 2 inches on the waistline so far... good luck though, it can be done.
