How does a clean diet tune your body?

Why is it that when you consistantly stick to a clean diet and consistant amount of water a day, then suddenly say once you dont get to drink the same amount or you have to eat a Burger King or something, and this then makes you feel like shit?

What happens to your body when you have constantly fed it quality food and you suddenly give it some crap

Is it because it is highly tuned to the quality of fuel and becomes totally dependent on it

can someone explain this to me

if i cheat on my diet, because ive stuck to a perfect diet all week, the cheat food that is supposed to make me feel good makes me feel like shit and if i dont get to drink some water like when i go out clubbing, i feel like i am going to die of dehydration

The human body is just an efficient machine. It adapts to any kind of eviroment. Whatever you do to it if you do it for a long enough amount of time it will get used to it.

If you always feed it well and keep it hydrated it will get used to the constant in flux of food and water and as such usses all this food and water in a more rapid rate (just like you want it too). Thus when you cut it off from its constant supply without warning it starts to complain beacuse it has allrdy used up all its reserves from the last meal.

Thats why it needs a shock now and then just like switching up your training try switching up you nutrition now and then.

And i dont mean go on a mac d's diet. Try eating a lot more qualitie carbs then your body is used to for like a week then go back to your original diet plan.

i agree with the envirnment stuff

because i was in FLORIDA for 3months.....no lifting just eating eating like SHITTTTTTTTTT

mostly "CHINESE BUFFETS" but i consumed a shit load of protein and the fat that came with it and some carbs on the side................. man was i eating,,,,,,,and i hardly did anything walked around for 10mins,sat on my ass relaxed........and i maintained 155 at about 4,000cals or more just eating cause im the type of person that never is satisfied.........when i came back to NYC to start college and stuff my stomach exploded again gained crazy weight and stuff,I HATE NYC :( :( because of NYC i have to eat clean
 
I enjoy the CRAPPY feeling i get from eating junk!! Because it reminds me NOT to eat that stuff!! I try to have a positive outlook on the negative side of things (allbeit sometimes hard to do). It works for me anyways
