I only go once or twice a month, what Im asking if you go out till 3am in the morning, say by 2pm you would of normally had 3 meals, do you sleep it off and miss out one or two or what?
I just sleep it off and have huge breakfast when I wake up. Usually a bunch of eggs and turkey bacon. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Missing a few scheduled meals a few times a month is no biggie, in my opinion.
I think like pre workout what you do before the session is as important ,depending in your goals a decent meal of protein good fats and complex carbs just before going out ,and a few sips of a protien shake during the evening will go a long way !this with lots of water !
