Ladies:
My woman just asked me to train her because she wants to "tone up". She just signed a contract with a modeling agency and will be typecast as the lingerie / swimsuit model, and NOT the fitness type. By that I mean she's a C-cup (natural) and her agency and I would like her to stay that way. From what I gather she just wants to firm her chest/triceps/ass etc., but is not going for that Janet Jackson hardcore sixpack look.
So pass on all the info you can... I'd love to hear your perspectives on this - should I push her to the absolute max? What kind of training split, how many reps per exercise, etc...? How is it different from working out with a bro? (technically I'll be training her, not working out with her). What muscles do girls really not give a damn about? (I assume she doesn't care too much about her lats and traps...)
Thx all.
PS - NO GEAR. She thinks I'm the devil for even taking Xenadrine, little does she know...
PS2 - Yes I did read the sticky "Men trying to help a female friend". That was mainly about gear though, so see "PS"
