how do i make my tuna taste good?

I use Red Wine Vinegar. I take off the cap to the bottle, fill it half way or so and throw it on there.

I eat a ton of tuna. One trick i use to change it up is adding it to left overs. For example pasta, i eat a small portion of pasta an hour or two before some workoutsor right after. If i have left over pasta from the night before i always add tuna to it before i heat it up. Might be something to try

I personally dont eat tuna but one of my homies in the marinecore also said add BBQ sauce. Not the healthiest alternative since it probably has high sugar but If you can find some low fat/low sugar type then there you go

Atkins makes low carb BBQ sauces.

Lemon pepper or a few drops of Lemon Juice can help.

No-salt seasoning like Mrs. Dash is always a good choice.

I personally dont like too much 'heat' to my food, but chili peppers and shit might be up your alley.

Salmon tastes better than tuna, btw. More calcium (from the bones) and more fat though.
You can usually get 1lb cans for around $1.75-2.50 each.

Anyone here eat Jack Mackerel? Heard its under $1 per 1lb can. Thats cheap.

I hate tuna too, but I actually enjoy it (somewhat) with this concoction I eventually came up with...

Mix 1 can of white albacore tuna with:
- lowfat or nonfat mayonaise
- mustard
- hot sauce
Then spread on plain saltine crackers.

For some reason that mixture of those three condiments seems great to me. Amounts are up to your preference, but I usually use a good deal of mayo and it only needs very little mustard and hot sauce.

Also, try different brands, they do make a difference. I find that I like "BumbleBee" brand the best, and albacore is the best quality. :jenscat
