I can only bench like 150. I just started working out and i'm a weakling. I always see these huge guys in the gym with 3-4 plates on each side of the bar and it gets kind of discouraging. I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of my workouts but I never know if I've actually maxed myself out. Usually when I leave the gym, I cant do one pushup for the rest of the day. Are there any tell tale signs that let you know for sure that your workout is done?
