how do I drop BF% and not lose LBM???

CKD I am telling ya... in one month i have lost 2 inches in my waist.. gained 1/2 in on my arms.... weight went from 200 to 190 and i have added muscle... chest is bigger back is bigger... or you can just listen to the ones doing it wrong..

Agreed. "Bulk" and "Cutting" are undertood as "getting big" and " getting small" which is fkn stupid. Building mass doesn't mean getting fat. And toning doesn't mean losing muscle. I might not be a fkn gear guru, but I know that much about training. Does anyone think Arnold or Haney got "fat" while putting on mass? Hell no. They still had low BF and did cardio. Maybe not 4% BF but low enough to still get down to that level in a couple of weeks. Do cardio, just don't over do it. 30-40/ 3-4x a week. Or 20 min HIIT 3x a week. As long as you don't lift 5lb dumbells you will gain LBM.

I told ya bro! People don't believe it until they try it. Anyway I'm currently dieting for a show and I've gained a significant amount of muscle in my first 6 weeks of the diet(I diet for 16 weeks) and lost a lot of fat while on test, EQ, and D-Bol-Yes D-Bol. I'm not holding very much water if any at all. I'm vascular and pretty hard. The key is not dropping your calories too much and doing cardio for fat burning. Food for thought.

What's the lowest calories you take in so your body doesn't go into starvation mode? High protein diet, keto, or normal?

I started my diet 6 weeks ago at 3200 calories a day. I just lowered them 2 days ago to 2950. I drop them slowly and only drop them if I need to. I felt my metabolism drop slightly so I added 25 mcgs of T3 and dropped my cals by 250 a day. I'm currently using a high protein, moderate to low carb(depending on the day), and moderate fat. Works the best for me. I also have a high carb day once every 6 days where I'll take in about 750 g of carbs to fill out.
I recommend a keto diet to those that are natural and those whose BF is higher than 10% when they start dieting.
 
thanks all that help I'll be dropin k ..1 more ? my strength has went down alot since started diet do you think my cyc will help bring it up some...thanks

yes, but if you're getting easily exhausted and losing strength then you're either not getting enough calories or carbs. You don't want to go in the wrong direction.
