I told ya bro! People don't believe it until they try it. Anyway I'm currently dieting for a show and I've gained a significant amount of muscle in my first 6 weeks of the diet(I diet for 16 weeks) and lost a lot of fat while on test, EQ, and D-Bol-Yes D-Bol. I'm not holding very much water if any at all. I'm vascular and pretty hard. The key is not dropping your calories too much and doing cardio for fat burning. Food for thought.
