I told ya bro! People don't believe it until they try it. Anyway I'm currently dieting for a show and I've gained a significant amount of muscle in my first 6 weeks of the diet(I diet for 16 weeks) and lost a lot of fat while on test, EQ, and D-Bol-Yes D-Bol. I'm not holding very much water if any at all. I'm vascular and pretty hard. The key is not dropping your calories too much and doing cardio for fat burning. Food for thought.

you are definitly right about that... but i am a keeper that is for sure...
thanks for your help from before....

I eat a lot of protein... take MASS AMINOS and ULTRA 40. I dropped my bf% and gained a few lbs... takes some time. Your diet must be in check too!
Just wanted to put in my 2 cents any time my bf was sluggish you have to look at what you are doing . 9 time out of 10 it was always my diet! make sure you are getting enough meals in. when I am dieting I never use meal replacement shakes I always thought that my metabolic rate was faster when I ate all meals the only time I drank a shake was if I got in to a jam time wise. Chicken,Turkey, sweet potatoes, brown rice ,brocolli ,coliflower I almost forgot cream of rice. That is what I eat when I diet thats what works for me every boby's body asimilates food differently but that is what works for me. Get those meals in and keep that cardio up!!!
