how do I drop BF% and not lose LBM???

Well, if you're currently 183 and want to drop 5% BF you're looking at 9lbs of fat, which would bring you down to ~174...but you want to be 190+ @11% so you need to gain at least 16lbs of lean mass while dropping 9lbs of fat. I won't say it can't be done, but that's a tall order. Best bet is to cut, maybe with a CKD diet and a little test /clen to help maintain muscle mass and then clean bulk with a near perfect diet and a well thought out cycle...maybe including winny, test, var, Tbol, fina...not all together, just examples.
 
I would go with some clen and t-3 along with what you are doing, you should see very good results with these two drugs used together.

LOL, if there was a single answer to that question, we'd all be happy. Ain't that easy, either you're bulking, or cutting. Any steroid can be used to achieve either goal.

wouldnt say dbol because water weight is an issue. tren may a good AAS to help in your goal but you also gotta cut the fatty foods and eat clean, lots of protein and vegetables like brocolli. and you may actually have to break a sweat and do some cardio fatboy.

I agree - I am doing this as we speak...Since the beginning of my cutter on Jan 1 I have only lost about 4 pounds, but my waist dropped almost 2 inches while all my muscle measurements stayed the same or went up (legs).

It was not my goal to cut BF and gain LBM, I was just focused on the BF part - but I was so paranoid about losing muscle that I hit my HST like a madman (and I'm paying for it now in my 3rd week of 5's) and ate a lot of protein.

You get out of it what you put into it...

Man I can't wait to start bulking again with 5x5 the 1st week of March...

you'd be surprised.... dbol is pretty damn powerful and controlling the water weight with 1mg/day of arimidex, you can see pretty decent gains on a calorie deficit. I've gained 5 lbs over a 6 week period and my abs have come out. I'm holding some water i'll admit, but I can tell by my body comp that i've gained a decent amount of muscle.
 
I eat a lot of protein... take MASS AMINOS and ULTRA 40. I dropped my bf% and gained a few lbs... takes some time. Your diet must be in check too!
