how do I drop BF% and not lose LBM???

5'8
183lb ----started about 198lb when started diet and cyc
14-15% bf
current cyc
375 test e 1-15
400 EQ 1-14
30/mg anavar ed 9-17
now on 5th wk of current cyc no change yet
I'm wanting to drop my BF% to about 8-11% and keep my weight at about 190-195lb
maintain or maybe even gain a few lbs in LMB

I've been dieting and working out 5 times awk and have lost weight almost 15lbs but only1-2 % BF....:(

Need advice on diet and workout plan to attain my goals....Plus when do you all think cyc will kick in and do you think this will help me reach my goals...thanks for advice

No gains yet?? You have lost 20lbs, you are not trying to gain. You are trying to maintain your LBM, while dropping BF.

Your gear is just starting to get to its peak. You should be adding muscle now, as long as you are eating enough protien.

Keep doing what you are doing. Its early in your cycle. You will be fine.

"bulking" and "cutting" in the typical sense that they are used isn't possible to do together. However, one can add lean mass and drop bf% at the same time. You're just not going to see huge swings in either direction, that's all.
 
well, I'm losing weight but not BF% so thats not good...I was hoping this cyc would help atleast maintain LBM and my diet help lose BF% If you all have any good advise on this karma will be giving
 
Sounds like your diet is not exactly right--

Post your typical diet for a day-- ratio of carbs/protein/fats and the total cals is the key-- You need to eat high protein, low-moderate carbs(wheat bread, oatmeal, etc) and low-moderate fat.

As far as calorie intake.. Basically I take my bodyweight and mult. it by 15---there is where I start when I diet and then slowly lower it to 11X bodyweight..

Cardio varies for everyone-I personally can lose weight without cardio.. I would start out by simply reducing the calories and then when the fat loss slows or stops add some cardio in.. 30 minutes daily 3-5 times weekly

I would also bump the test up to atleast 500mg(for me I need higher doses when dieting, to help preserve the muscle)-- As for the EQ, I really dont like it ...So I would use tren and winny

ex-- my next fat loss cycle will be very similar to this
week 1-15 test e 500-750mg
Week 5-15 tren e 375mg
Week 10-17 winny 50mg daily-- anavar can be used here also...but I think winny will harden you more..

I really dont think the test you took for BF was accurate. You have not lost 20lbs of muscle...
 
well I started about 198lbs and now I'm about 182 lbs=16lbs lost
my BF% was about16-17% and now 14-15%
I did a biomancanic(spelling) and eletronic caliper skindex and both came up with about the same %
I work as a PT so I check myself obssesively
But I knew to my own cutting been trying to bulk for too long

I do hope your right...I really don't look that mch smaller and I do seem to be more cut but I don't want to lose anymore scale weight just BF%
