I want to increase my cardio sessions to 2 a day.1 hour each session.One session upon rising and one before bed at about with heart rate at 130-140.Im going to take ECA and 6 grams glutamine before cardio.Will the glutamine help prevent catabolism.I want to get ripped but I dont use AS.Any drugs or suggestions anyone can give me.Im 193/12% b/f/5'10".I know this isnt the right discussion board but since im discussing catabolism with cardio id like some opinions.I also train with weights 5 days a week
