hey everyone...i just used pintoca's very helpful cutting calc and set it to my needs and it said i should be intaking 1800 cals/day while keeping up with lifting 4x/week and cardio 6x/week (with 2200 cals the days i do lifting AND cardio) - anyways...my current protein shake is 120 cals for 1 scoop (i usually use 2) - so that takes care of 240 cals/day...i was wondering though how can i take care of the other calories WITHOUT ruining my diet and stuff?...i recently bought the albacore tuna so i'm hoping i can pop open a can of that stuff a day...do you guys have any other suggestions? i have beef patties in the freezer i like to make burgers alot...do you think i can eat those without any cheese or bread? or will it still be too much fat and just hurt my diet? thanks
