There is no correlation between the cholesterol in your body and dietary cholesterol, the kind found in food. Also, if you eat eggs especially at nighttime the cholesterol actually gets converted to testosterone which is why eggs are one of the most anabolic foods you can include in your diet. One other thing is that egg yolks contain a lot of the b vitamins and aminos so it's not just protein you're getting from eggs. The embryo would have at one point become a chicken so why would the building blocks of an organism be bad for you considering we are omnivores???
