Does it count if the sex was not consensual or if the act was not completed? ie - if they began intercourse, but she started to cry and he stopped shortly thereafter.

And you did answer the second question about it counting if the sex act wasn't finished. Sometimes young girls THINK they want to have intercourse, but shortly after actual penetration, they feel badly and start to cry and OF COURSE as any REAL MAN would, the guy STOPS.

So just answer if it counts if the girls was RAPED - TOTALLY NONCONSENTUAL SEX ACT.
