Do any of you have home gyms, if so what do you have?

Im my garage I have...
Power rack cage
A bench that does flat and incline
two 300 pound sets of weights
two 100 plates
a lat pulldown with low row
pull up bar
dip station
all the common handles
125 pound Power BLock dumbbells (they work really well for home gym purposes)
t-bar row
Two olympic bars
two cambered bars
and the all mighty Arm Blaster...
Oh also, leg ext/ham curl combo, sounds cheap, but its not...

In the summer, i dont go to the gym, its great.
Im gonna get a heater soon, so i can use it in the winter.

Also, this summer im getting a verticle leg press machine, i cant WAIT...

And of course, a black and white pic of Arnold, from the MuscleMag 50th anniversery of Arnolds B-day.....

If you live in chicago, I welcome you to my gym....

That MY house BITCH.....HAHA

I have a home gym, and so does Hanibal. Two locations to serve you. ;)

I'm about to open a gym downtown, so we are overflowing with equipment, and still have alot in the works.

WOW!!! What a home gym! That would have cost you a pretty penny.

I just have a bench press with incline, dip/pullup station, barbell, EZ curl bar, dumbbells and about 150KG of assorted plates.
Seems to get me along fine except for legs My squats are limited to the amount of weight i can struggle to power clean up to my shoulders. Oh well.

If only my room was a little bigger i could get a squat rack in there, but when u have a king size bed, hifi stereo system with subwoofers, large screen tv, desk, chest of drawers, bench press, weight tree and pullup/dip station you kind of run out of available room. :(

Actually, i had a 15,000 trust fund for me when I turned 18, when I got it, i bought that. It all costed about 3000. Then the rest of the money I used for a computer (2500), a car (3000) and a guitar (700) and amp(400).... So ya, kinda lot. But its my life, so why not go all out..

The verticle leg press will cost about 300.. i still cant wait :)

Let's see, between the two locations we have:

2 power racks
2 benches (and another on the way)
3 olympic barbells
1 Texas power bar
1 Safety Squat bar
Glute/Ham/Calf Raise (and another on the way)
Reverse Hyper (and another on the way)
6x9x10 deadlift platform
2 multi purpose "lat pull down style" cable machines
400+ pounds of dbs
(4) 100 pound plates
Close to 2000 pounds of other weights
Chains
Bands galore
Boxes for squatting (6)
2 each of 2, 3, 4, and 5 board press
Sled for dragging (another on the way)
A Variety of curl bars
Forearm hammer/bar

Also in the works:

2 Monolifts
2 Deadlift jacks

...and a sled mill :) This is my pet project. A treadmill in front of a 5'x2'x10" frame filled with rock and gravel to simulate sled dragging on rough terrain, indoors.

Hm...I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff.

Yep. We have a dip squat belt and we're building a dip squat stand.

my home gym;
-olympic bar
-2 setsx 20kg rubber coated plates
- 4sets x 20kg metal plates + smaller denominations (10kgs, 5 kgs, 2.5kgs)
-bench
-cheap power rack
-homemade reverse hyper
-standard bar + 130kg of plates
-dumbell handles (to use on standard plates)
-short bars, thick handle DB bars, wrist roller, COC grippers, chin up bar (ie rafters for the garage), sled, ropes, rocks (stones) etc etc etc etc

Pretty much everything i need.....would like a glutehamcalf raise (might make one......if i can be bothered)

My Garage-

Bench press/incline/decline
Free standing adjustable incline/bench (sitting dumbell curls, etc)
Squat rack with pully attachment for lats and triceps
Stairmaster
4 dumbells with a capacity of 90lbs each
heavy bag
Mirrors, TV, Stereo
1" padded flooring
Olypic bar 500Lbs or weight, straight bar, curl bar.
Power Station (dips, pull ups, leg raises)
Situp Mat
Situp Ball

Thats it.....

I buy a lot of used stuff on ebay and at close out gyms for pennys on the dollar. I picked up the stairmaster for $800 ($2,800 or so retail). keep your eyes open and you can get good stuff for cheap. If you buy the stuff retail your getting ripped.

I still prefer the gym but when I am lazy on a Sunday, it's nice to stroll out to the garage. My wife works out to so we can work out together.
