There's a competition at my school to see who could lose the most BF...so i eneterd, im starting @ 14%.....Ive never been over 12 so this is good motivation for me.
Any advice? Diet is not really a problem, cleaned it up, cardio in am 3days a week in addition to weights in the evenings. Anything else??
