ck, Yeah, I've been a little slacking lately, so I'm getting them in when I can. I actually took pics 2 wks ago, but I didn't like the colour, so I'm gonna try again.

jpt, I wasn't supposed to do 50's there, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm gonna have 100lb BB curl lined up for my next arm day. First time ever.

what was that about glass stones, I mean glass houses LOL. Not saying a word... I plan on getting my pics in next week when I have been on track for at least a week LOL.
 
Monday's eats
2157 cals, 140g Protein for 26%, 74g Fat for 31%, 233g Carbs for 43%

Tuesday's eats
1951 cals, 148g Protein for 30.3%, 62g Fat for 28.4%, 201g Carbs for 41%

OK, finished all the leftovers & desserts from Thanksgiving.
Didn't work out either day, but I worked my ass off at work today.
