If I'm trying to loose weight on a moderate carb diet (100 carbs per day). Do the hidden sugars in foods like Miracle Whip salad dressing, and reg. peanut butter, really matter as much? I understand for someone trying to get into ketosis, but for me, wouldn't the calorie count be more important thant the carb (hidden sugars) count, as long as I dont go over 100/per day.
