Hidden Sugars

If I'm trying to loose weight on a moderate carb diet (100 carbs per day). Do the hidden sugars in foods like Miracle Whip salad dressing, and reg. peanut butter, really matter as much? I understand for someone trying to get into ketosis, but for me, wouldn't the calorie count be more important thant the carb (hidden sugars) count, as long as I dont go over 100/per day.
 
Plus, when fine tuning a diet, specially when trying to stay within 100 cals and bellow, every little thing counts.
Keep count of your daily macro's (food intake) and you will see how easily eating a little something "not so bad" here and there will fuck up your numbers.

If you're in maintenance (or specially if bulking) then these things aren't as crucial, but still important.
