hey whats every one think of this diet

hey just wondering what people think of this die

age : 22
height: 6foot
weight 90kg
bodyfat: 11%

meal 1 5 egg whites 3 whole eggs 100 grams of oatmeal
meal 2 200 grams of chicken, teaspoon of olive oil, cup of rice and veggies
meal 3 200 grams of tuna , teaspoon of olive oil, cup of rice
meal 4 5 egg whites 3 whole eggs 100 grams of oatmeal
meal 6 200 grams of chicken , teaspoon of olive oil.veggies
meal 7 protein shake, two tablespoons of peanut butter(natural)

plus a few shakes threw out the day if i get hungry inbetween meals.

the diet looks good and healthy. itsw seems like an ok start point. there are a lot of things that would effect the amounts of everything you need but it looks like you have the right idea.

do it for a while and make adjustments as you go. here is a few tips

if you lack energy- try adding carbs
if you are not growing- add protein
if you are getting fat- remove carbs

you may laugh at this. depending on how new to this you are you may or may not know these things. dieting is tricky and for the most part needs to be figured out by you. theres not a whole lot we can do for you other than to take guesses and throw numbers at you.
 
Could be ok but just depends on the calories, your metabolism and just how you respond to that type of diet. The structure itself is ok but like Joe said dieting CAN be very tricky more so as a contest prep bodybuilder but still it always has challenges.
