1 cup of oats
2 cups of cottage cheese
4 boiled egg whites
2 small whole wheat pitas
12 oz tuna
2 Chicken breasts
3 cups broccoli
1 baked potato with salsa
a few big mouthfuls of natty PB
Now I am all loaded up for a KILLER workout!
I WILL GAIN WEIGHT...I WILL BUILD MORE MUSCLE...I WILL!!
