help with L Handles & chest fat

it is a mental thing
lol
i do not advocate dismissing real vegetables
but add a greens+ type sup
and try something like spinach to start
not all veggies are the same

Dude, trust me...I can not think of a veggie that I have not at least tried to eat....I love the look of them, the smell of them....I think a Pink tomato is the best looking fruit/veggie in the world, I try to eat it, it hit;s the back of my throat and I gag and puke. Spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, greens, asparaus, eggplant, the list goes on...I really cant think of one that I ain't tried.
I raise all of this stuff in my garden every year, the wife and neibors love it and I try it every year, whether they are raw, cooked, casseroled, steamed, boiled....whatever...I gag and puke.

I know it sounds silly as hell, but it is the honest truth.

Sick with upper resitory infection and haven't felt well in the last few days. the last few days have been about the same as today and here is what I had.

Breakfast...Slow release PT shake 6am
9am 1/2 of same pt shake
felt bloated @ 11 am. didnt eat
1pm 1/2 pt shake
3pm felt terrible didnt eat
5 pm 4 pieces of baked chicken breast with a light dusting of Italian dressing.
Drank excactly 1 1/2 gallons water
O Iced tea
Excactly 1 serving of Mountain dew 8oz.

The only reason that I am stick with the PT shakes as much as I am....they are doing wonders to maintain my muscles while I don't eat much.

I don't have fat deposits anywhere but these two places. I am 37 years old 6'5" tall and 237 pounds, and had this type of fat most of my life...the only time that I have ever gotten rid this fat and actually saw 4 ab muscles was when I had an intestinal infection that lasted for several months that the Docs couldn't fix. I was sick enough to lose from 255# down to 199#'s in 3 months.

My resting HR is 60 BPM and my morning wake up armpit temp averages 97.1 every morning.

I do 20 min cardio (Ecliptical machine) 6 days a week work to keep HR @ 150 to 160.

Typical diet is:
Breakfast: 4 eggs, 1 pack instant gritsdrop grits, add 2 egg whites, add 1/2 cup oatmeal, add 1tbsp. all natural peanut butter

2 Shakes per day of slow release PT with 14 cals, 1.5 g fat, 1g Sat fat, 7 g carbs, 195mg sodium..(HDT Pro-Blend 55)

1 1/2 Post workout shake per day at 133 cals, 1.5 fat,, 1g Sat fat,
9g carbs, 21g PT, 65mg Sodium (HDT 5 Plus 1 Whey)
You need to change your protein: go to www.proteinfactory.com
get a 60%egg/30%whey/10%caseinate mix of protein
add 20g dextrose pW w/ your shake

I usually split my meals of eithr Tuna, salmon, Turkey, or Chicken...all canned and usually 3 to 5 cans per day. I add 1 Tsp of Lowfat mayo per can. When I eat the canned foods, I have Light soda crackers, maybe 1/2 pack per 3 cans of meat (about 8 or so crackers per can).
you need to be more specific on food quantities, times and types; if you're eating 5 cans of tuna per day you're overeating a significant amount of sodium; thus, you need to rethink that strategy. If you want to lose stubborn bodyfat you need to go on a low-carb diet, thus crackers need to go

Ocasionally, maybe 2 or three times a week, I will supplement a canned meal for a Large steak and small Baked potato . Or a Lean Ground beef burger on wheat bread with light mayo & pickles, with a small serving of Baked FF's, or Deer meat cooked several different ways but not really any additives with small order of baked FF's. I do NOT use Salt from a shaker at all.

My drinks are usually Sweetened Iced Tea (1 1/4 cup sugar per gallon of tea) maybe 1/2 gallon or less per day. I have a couple of swallows of Mountain Dew in the mornings to get the taste out of my mouth. And I will usually have some Dew with at least one meal. I drink as much water as possible, probably the better part of 1 gallon per day.

My bad thing is my schedule, I work an 8 hour swing shift of 7 days on first shift (7a -3p),2 days off, 7 days on second shift (3p - 11p), 2 days off, 7 days on third shift (11p - 7a), 3 days off. It is a 21 day rotation, and my meal times and workout schedules differ from week to week.

I think I may have hypothyroid but am willing to try something else. I have done 1 AAS cycle and plan to start another around Jan1. you need to be more specific w/ your goals; if you plan to run AS, what type? how do you want your diet to effect your AS cycle? if you want to lose bodyfat, certain AS should be avoided (i.e. anadrol).

If you have thyroid problems or suspect so, go to the doc and get the T3/T4/THS tests

Mr.X

Mr.X as far as being specific with my goals...I want to gain LDM and lose fat...the typical dream.

My first cycle of AAS, I lost 7.5% BF and gained 14 lbs which I have kept 12.
My BF% seems to have stopped @14.9 % and it is all arounf the middle and outside of pecs...Legs, arms, upper back all look good.
Now as far as how I want the AAS to effect my diet and or visa versa, I want to bulk cleanly. I feel I did that with the results of my last cycle which was Sust 250 E6D's for 8 weeks.

The bootm line is I don't have that breakfast everday...depends on what shift I am on.
For example: when I am on Night shift...I usually wake up around 4 pm and don't eat anything until I Do cardio and work out with weights. (Ususally within an hour or so of waking up) then I have 1 1/2 Post workout whey shake with Swole creatine.. I eat a meal before going to work at around 8:30 to 9 pm. Something like a can of tuna or Deer meat or steak & potatoes...I really dont eat much FF's Probably about the equivalent to a small order of Burger King...and they are baked.
Next...I can't eat much at work on night shift because it makes me feel like shit...so I usually just take 3 slow release PT shake to work drank with 8 oz of1% milk, Thats it for 7 days straight.

Second shift varies a little but not much. I only eat the breakfasts on about 1/2 of the day shift and about 1/3 of the seconds shift. Most of the time I eat just before going to work.

The reason I only do 20 minutes cardio is because I do a high intensity workout whereas my HR stay around 150 from the start of the cardio until the end of the workout...which is about 45 to 50 minutes.

I am not disputing...but I thought the wholee idea of a PW shake was quick uptake of the whey in the "45 minute window" Believe it or not...I saw better muscle growth when I tried it this way with the creatine added.... But I may be comparing apples to oranges with muscle growth and fat loss.

But I am listening, and if it would help you help me...I can give you a more detailed schedule of work, wake up times, workout times ect.

Also I do "think" I am Hypothyroid as far as "calssic symptoms are concered. Chronic cold hands and feet, low temp when I wake up, low resting HR, dry skin, insomnia, ect. I have a Doc app. shedule for 4:00 today for this specific purpose.

Also, the thind with the veggies, it is not a joke...I just cant eat them. I havent given up trying...but I still am only trying and not succeeding.
