so here's what i have so far:

-protein shake that includes:
banana
scoop whey protein
half cup of oatmeal ground up
half cup of fiber one cereal
1 cup or so of milk
store yogurt
~800 calories

meal 2 (11:00)
-peanut butter sandwich:
1 slice whole wheat bread
serving natural peanut butter
-2 cups milk
~550 calories

meal 3 (pre workout ~1:00)
protein shake:
whey protein
2 cups milk
banana
~500 calories

meal 4 (postworkout ~2:30)
protein shake:
whey protein
2 cups milk
2 servings canola oil
banana
~700 calories

meal 5 (5:00)
????
2 cups of mlik

meal 6 (8:00)
4 large eggs???
2 cups milk
~550 calories

meal 7 (11:00)
tuna?
2 cups of milk

I need help with what should go in the last 3 meals and if the first 4 are good. This is a clean bulk, i remember last winter i tried drinking a half gallon of eggnog everyday....fat adds quickly. by the way my milk is 2%.

first meal: I'd drop the whey for eggs or something of a better source, turn the fiberone into more oats, drop the banana for something better (even an apple would be better)

second meal: drop the milk and get a real protein source in there, milk is good but u need something more

3rd: this seems ok

4th: drop banana for maltodextrin+dextrose, get rid of fats pwo as its the worst time for them, and keep the shake water instead of milk

5th: make this something like chicken+brown rice+olive oil or something

6th: again, id have chicken + fats + complex carb source

7th: i personally like having a casein shake + almonds or some other fat source.

make sure to take fish oils and vitamins

You need to eat chicken beef and fish, or at least one of those. Don't drink 2% drink skim milk.

Stats? You could be a 11 year old 45 lbs girl for all we know.

righttt, i'm 17, 218lbs 6'1 and maybe 15-18% BF.

With the skim milk, how do you drink that??? it's like runny watered down milk. is there something terribly wrong with drinking 2%? i know it has a bit of Saturated fat, but is drinking a lot of that hurtful in any way?

i do take fish oils and vitamins, but i don't know exactly how many grams of fish oil i need? i get about a gram a day.

where do i find maltodetrin and dextrose?? are they supplements?

okay so how about this one:

1st: 3-4 whole eggs, 1 cup of oats (two servings), an apple and some milk to go with my powdered oats :P (i can't stand eating normal oats, fills me up too quickly and is too bland)

2nd: peanut butter sandwich with some milk to get it down, and tuna salad?

4th: however malto and dextrose comes in, a shake (is milk bad at this time? because of the fats?)

5th: chicken, brown rice, olive oil mixed in together

6th: potato, umm milk for fats? that's a lot of chicken lol, would a lean meat work too?

7th: protein shake with milk this time (casein can come from milk right?) and some nuts.

when you say i need a better protein source on the first meal, whey isn't a good protein source?

and fats PWO are detrimental?

Well..ya actually.. too much saturated fat. Listen closely, it's not the taste of the food that you should be worried about, but what it's doing FOR you.

Far too much milk for a "clean" bulk. That much milk is for those who aren't worried about gaining some excess fat and just want to put on mass, or for hard gainers. Think of a cutting diet, but with larger portions. Fish, chicken, ground turkey, lean beef (atleast 95/5), eggs, sweet potatoes, brown rice, barley, oats, almonds, etc.

2 % milk is actually very fattening - over 30% of the calories are coming from fat, 70% of which is saturated.

Skim milk is best even on bulk
