Help with diet/can protein cause this problem?

I have been weight lifting for over a year along with cardio 5 days a week without desired results so I started the cutting diet last week.
For the last few days I have been experiencing bad abdominal cramps/pains mostly in the am (but still through out the day) and when I am lifing I find myself running to the bathroom. I have never had this problem before and I am wondering if my body is having problem with the amount of protein I am eating. I don't think it is an illness, because it is only right after I eat, especially in the morning that I feel bad.

I am a female
I am 5'2"
126 lbs

Current diet is as follows:

Breakfast:
3 eggbeaters
small piece whole grain toast

PWO
Protein shake/MRP shake

Lunch
3-4 oz tuna or fish
1/2 cup brown rice
green vegies or salad

Snack
3-4 oz chicken or tuna
small piece of sweet potato or more rice

Dinner
5 oz fish or 4 oz chicken
Asparagus or broccoli
Salad

Snack
protein shake

my ratios usually run 45p/35c/20f about 1300 cal a day.

Any suggestions?
Thanks.

cardio 5x / week + weight lifting = way more cals than 1300

I highly suggest you intake around 1800 at a minimum (there are many females who are way less active than you that intake this, if not more on cuts - although you know your own body better than me..)

As far as the cramps goes: Do you take any supplements? If nothing, you shoul definitely consider a good multivitamin and/or eat more foods higher in potassium. I find myself going to the bathroom every morning too, but I think that is just nature at its finest..

You can get potassium pills super cheap at GNC. Also check your magnesium intake, most americans come up short. Also, make sure to get some carbs w/ you protein after workout

Cut out all wheat/bread (including rye and barley) products out and see if that helps. If you're getting gut pain after eating bread and the runs unexpectedly in the day, that's one of the first things to check, particularly if you have a difficult if not impossible time losing weight. You might be gluten intolerant. It can happen out of the blue like that and it will screw your metabolism UP but royally.

Rice is fine, so just have the same thing you're eating for lunch and dinner for breakfast, give it at least three days or so, see if you notice a difference. If not, then what else has changed? Are you using a new/different brand of protein shake, for example? Raising the amount of protein really shouldn't do anything but maybe make you a little gassy and perhaps a bit constipated. You're taking in veggies and salads so that should balance itself out relatively quickly.

Also, are you drinking enough water?
