So a couple of years ago, while in Iraq, I did Tren Xtreme with Mass Xtreme from ACL. It was awesome and with in a month I put on @ 15lbs and I remember I got soooooo much stronger, and it lasted! Well now I'm just a college student who focuses on my rock climbing and over all fitness. With that being said my goal is not to get back to 215 (I'm @ 175lbs) but to get to about 185-190 and be able to do 30+ pull ups and Jacked!
I have the following:
Tren Xtreme
MMA-3 Xtreme
TT-40 Xtreme
ANR-625 Xtreme
ESTRO Xtreme
G-46
I'm thinking of doing MMA-3, then TT-40, then TREN all for 3 weeks (one after the next) at 2 caps daily. For the rest, I was thinking about starting with ANR & G-46 until they run out taking the ESTRO post cycle.
My questions:
1) Should I do a shorter cycle with some sort of stacking in there? Or should I switch the order? Because I dont mind putting on more weight at the beginning as long as I finish as strong yet cut as possible...
2) What does ANR do? Should I start the cycle doing it or wait a week or so? Is it just a pre-workout? Should I start with it then use something else when it runs out? Basically Im clueless and havent found much info out there.....
3) What is the best way to use the Estro? What product would be close to the equivalent?
4) Besides this I am only taking Protein shakes, Vitamins, and maybe some fish oil. Anything else you would suggest? I remember last time I had some joint pains for a week or two and loss flexibility but I didnt do all the same products so....
