Hey im 16 and am looking for a quick effective way of buffing up getting those muscles growing and coming through. Could anyone give me some advice on this. Simple protein meals/shakes, workouts etc
everything takes time, i assume your going to the gym? i know it seems like a silly question but i know a few guys who thinks just buy changing their diet and not doing any training they will be able to bulk up. My fav foods, red meats, poultry, fish with a portion of carbs (potatoes/vegies) SIX times a day. if you would like a program i paid for ill email it to you just msg me your email address.
the workout at the gym is also a big part of importance here n diet and lots of other factors the best bet is too use the search function and learn as much as you can then ask questions. good luck to you !
