Help! Need assistance with workouts.

Hello. I recently discovered this board and it's obvious you all know a great deal about weight training in general. I am 16 years old and am looking for some guidance. I want to increase my bench press, squat, and want to bulk my arms up. I'm moving to Cali - gotta look good!

Right now I only bench about 225, and don't know how much I squat since I rarely do it. I need help developing a workout plan. With the right plan, I can be focused and will work hard at it. I just seem to lose interest when I feel my work may be in vain.

If anyone has some information on how I can bulk up fast, I would really appreciate it. I don't want to take any type of supliments or anything like that. I want it to be all natural. If anyone has some time to chat with me, please leave your ICQ number, AIM sn or email address. Your work won't be in vain. I will work dillegently at my goal.

Sorry for the long post, and thanks! :)

Depending on your height and weight, a 225 lb bench probably isn't bad at all a 16 years of age.

Stick to the basic exercises and you can't go wrong. Benching, military, barbell curl, deadlifting, barbell row, squatting, shrugs. Plus something for triceps, maybe dips or close-grip bench.

You can add stuff and get fancy later.
