Here is my diet so far
Right now my diet is as follows
1. 9am 8 egg white 2 peices of wheet toast with ANPB
2. 11:30 Whey 1/2 bannana and 1/2 oats
3. 1:30 8 oz lean meat 1 cup veggies and 1/2 cup b.rice.
4. same as 3
5. Pre work out same as meal 2
6. Post whey dextrose
7. same as 3
8. Before bed whey.

I usually advise to remove more and more simple, fast sugars. Works wonders with me. I up the complex carbs (veggies) and meats.
I don't see much with your diet.
Am I not seeing them?
