Help me with my diet

I just got done running sus 500mg 2x a week and i will be starting PCT soon after maybe running some var or winny. Thoughts? I am 25 years old 5'11" 234 lbs. around 19 to 23 % body fat.

Here is my diet so far
Right now my diet is as follows
1. 9am 8 egg white 2 peices of wheet toast with ANPB
2. 11:30 Whey 1/2 bannana and 1/2 oats
3. 1:30 8 oz lean meat 1 cup veggies and 1/2 cup b.rice.
4. same as 3
5. Pre work out same as meal 2
6. Post whey dextrose
7. same as 3
8. Before bed whey.

Need help thanks
 
I am having cheese cake for breakfast,

I don’t think that is going to help


But your diet looks perfect, I assume you are trying to lose weight or should say BF
 
This diet was to bulk with. I was 218 no 234. Thi si like 3900 calories I think. Isn't that too much. Cheesecake for breakfast WTF. Must be nice not to worry about diet LOL

You posted a diet but haven't told us what you're trying to do, which makes posting your diet useless.
 
Yup...exactly....what is your goal now that you're done with the cycle ? Are you still looking to maintain size (bulk) or are you looking to trim down? That looks like a nice clean diet but if you're looking to cut now, then you have to bring the calories down to at least maintenance levels (which in your case would probably be around 2500 calories) or lower.... expect to lose some muscle gains if you cut calories though.... alot of guys will say to maintain the same amount of calories throught PCT as while "on" to help keep as much gains as possible

At 23% BF im assuming your going to try to cut....to many carbs if you ask me...need to bring down your carb intake a bit.

drop the toast and anpb, add 1 cup oatmeal + 1 tbs. udos choice
2. 11:30 Whey 1/2 bannana and 1/2 oats
how much whey? drop the bannana, go with 1 cup of oats
3. 1:30 8 oz lean meat 1 cup veggies and 1/2 cup b.rice.
add 1tbsp. udo's choice
4. same as 3
5. Pre work out same as meal 2
have a whey + MCT shake pre-workout instead
6. Post whey dextrose
7. same as 3
8. Before bed whey.
add 1 tbsp. udos. and 2 tbsp. psyllium husk fiber
 
Looking to cut karma all around thanks Mr. X I will check this out. Might sound like a dumb question but what is 1 tbs. udos choice?
