I stopped drinking soda a month ago. Increased water intake, am eating more fruits and vegetables and I cant seem to stop cramping up while in the gym. I'm not sure what I can take to help with it.
Also my shoulder joints are killing me, only joints that hurt, they just inflame to much I think, because the pain is gone within about 20 minutes after working out.
