Okay bros I have been trying to get leaner without loosing muscle or strength while I do it.!!. Here is my current diet.

Breakfast
8 egg whites. 1 cup of otmeal and 12 onces of fat free milk
Lunch
1/2 cup of brown rice, black beans and 10oz chicken breast
After lunch
sweet potatoes and can of tuna
After training
12oz of gatorade and 2 scoops of whey protein total of 43 gram of protein
Dinner
1 cup of Brocolis, sweet potatoes and either can of Tuna or Chicken breast.

Also doing Tren/Test and Winny cycle so Tren has killed my appetite I barely want to to eat.

I work out 4 times a week and also do Mixed Martial arts 4 times a week so I burn plently of calories as far as cardio. But I wanted to start doing some more cardio after lifting. My current stats are 240lbs with 16% body fat

Have you broken that down to see what your macronutrient ratio would be? It might be an interesting exercise. FitDay.com can help you do it quickly and it might help us see where you could make some changes. Here's my quick take anyway...

I'd add fruits for snacks...3-4 pieces a day...and some walnuts/almonds would also be good. Make sure you're eating small meals every ~2 hours or so. Focus your carb intake before and after training. The oatmeal in the morning is okay but I'd drop the sweet potatoes at dinner and replace them with a pile of fresh steamed veggies (3-4 cups) and/or a big spinach salad with olive oil and baslamic vinegar. Try to double up on the tuna for dinner...I always go with 2 6.5oz cans at a time. You might also consider dropping (or reducing) the milk in the am...lots of carbs on top of the oats. Have yourself a tablespoon of flax oil with breakfast. Don't be afraid of fats...the right kind (olive oil, flax oil, nuts, salmon...) will actually help you get lean.

when adding fruits you may need to consider ones without too much sugar content (ie., melon)

also get some whey in as soon as you wake up i.e have it ready besides your bed for when you wake before bruhsinh teeth etc

breakfast and lunch are ok

add sald for after lunch (you need more veg as stated) but keep this meal around 2 hours before you train

before training i like to have a small whey shake 10g and some lucozade about 30mins before i train

pwo is fine

dinner as said ditch the sweet potato and veg or salad rather than fruit

before bed
nuts and whey shake

id personally add another meal in there between breakfast and lunch or cottage cheese and salad
