Has anyone used this protein shake before

It's called Nutra-Pack from Nutraceutics. I got some free and they tasted pretty good, wondering if anyone here has tried them.

Here are the nutrition facts for one pack.

What do you think about 2 of these as a meal replacement or something? Lots of fiber and protein.

never used it, but it looks good to me. Although, the calories are slightly off because they counted fiber as part of the total calories (which they don't count, you get no nutritional value from fiber).

you might want to add some more fat, though, like some peanuts or flax seed oil. that's up to you, though. EFA's are good
