Half Way to Another New Beginning with ntbm

Love the whole cycle setup, very thorough and bases covered, and the positive attitude. Keep killing it

Wow, I feel so humbled all you guys checking in and all. I had been so focused on pushing the envelope I hadn't updated in a couple days. Thank you so much, everyone.

Credit where credit is due; The whole cycle layout was a result of study on this site, interactions with a trusted source, and then, of course, feedback from my bros here, which took the initial layout and perfected it. I've never felt healthier or more positive. I jump out of bed in the morning, rock my spiritual practice and then embrace the struggles of the day.

Oh, I am 50 years young, to answer RickRock's question. I'll post a new photo this weekend.

Check this out;

405 pound free standing squat today for a new personal record.

With a trusted gym friend standing by, I got into position and lowered down in slow motion to where my glutes were resting on the box that indicated that my hips had passed my knees, and pressed back to full standing form. Two steps forward and the weight was racked.

Turning to a gym full of turned heads, I said out loud, "And now for the obligatory, "Cause I got it like that!", accompanied by fist bumps all around.

My stand by nodded and said, "I knew it was yours when you took the weight."

Yea, so did I.

On my way out, another trusted gym friend asked me, "How do you feel?"

I answered, "I wish I hadn't done it yet, so that I could do it for the first time again."

Enjoy the struggle Bro's.
