Okay Have to figure out my cals for yesterday and i will post them. Today is really busy for me. Im working most of it....BUT I am getting to the gym this am for a run or maybe the eliptical due to calf.....then some weights....yes I said upper body weights and maybe some quads...trying to give the calfs a rest....and then...are you ready..........swiming....oh they joy of learning how to swim so I can do a Tri LOLOLOLOL. So yes FFQuads...Im in the weight room today....and HT gonna fit in some Yoga to help stretch.....

Swimming is an art! You are so right. One thing cool about swimming is that once you figure it out and feel confident you will explode with potential. If there was one thing I could get back from the old days it would be my swimming. There is nothing like it! Hopefully I will get back into it soon. I seem to have to much pride in the weight room now.
